Shawn is a very thoughtful and professional mechanic. I found out about his services when I was looking for a pre-purchase inspection on a used 2016 Mazda 3. Shawn is very friendly when it comes to dealing with customers, and he is very competent when it comes to servicing vehicles. Shawn also does not upsell you in the services he provides, in fact he tells you to come later when the car is really in need of servicing. He takes the time to explain the services he is about to perform and on top of it all - he is really fun to chat with! Could never ask for a better mechanic than Shawn from Kaizen Motors. Definitely worth a visit.

Sean explained and taught me what exactly went wrong with my vehicle. Gives me a better understanding of what has happened and how the recommended course of action helps the vehicle. He was also kind enough to give me 2 fuel cleaner canisters for free!

Chanced upon this workshop before I got my car. Had a few good reviews here and there, so decided to bring my car down for major servicing when I got my car (Civic FC5 in December 2022).

Shawn was the one that handles everything for me from day one till now. He is so knowledgeable and patient with me as a new car owner - allowing me to follow him and listen to all his explanation on all the car parts when he's servicing the car. He also replied me even after work hours and explained to me the issue that I'm facing. Even up till now when I'm facing small issues here and there, he's always ready to get back to me with answers and tells me to go down for checks if I'm uncomfortable with driving the car with the issues I may have.

10/10 service and attitude.

Superb services. The mechanic was sincere, honest and was very willing to explain what is what. This is hands down the best servicing company that I encountered. Remember to call before going down because they will definitely be busy due to excellent service.

But even though I wasn't bringing a lot of business, Shawn was very patient in explaining to me the entire servicing process, as well as showing me some basics of car maintenance! My car making noises at the engine area for quite some time. Today I brought my car to this workshop. Mechanic immediately worked on my car early in the morning. Shawn provides very sound advice on my car issues, and is very sincere in dealing with customers. Unlike typical workshop owners who try to make the most out of customers, Shawn is the direct opposite.

He shares his great knowledge about cars, and his honest approach is what makes me drawn to him. It is not in his blood to upsell products, but the real knowledge that he imparts is valuable to customers making decision.
