Went to Honda to check out car for my Family
In my experience with this car dealer - Chloe Yap,
I encountered poor service and unprofessional attitudes from the her.
The lack of courtesy and unhelpful demeanor made the entire car-buying process unpleasant. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve customer service in the future.

Visited Honda showroom @ Leng Kee with family and was patiently served by sales rep Evelyn Lau. She walked us through the process of purchasing a car and expedited our urgent need to collect the car within a short period of time. This is the second time we purchased our car from her. Kudos for her dedication and professionalism!

Chloe Yap is a very good sales lady. We walk into Honda Showroom just to look see and compare prices. We have other brand in mind. Chloe knowing we need a bigger car to ferry grandchildren, she recommended Freed, so that when we go outing, my son's family can all sit in no need to drive 2 cars.
Great and the car is within our budget.
As elderly, we have poor knowledge on digital and she helps us to do. Happily with all the favourite discount, we booked the car. The colour of the car is a good choice, because is unique, able to find the car in public car park easily, better still with the discount.
She is so kind. We bother her twice after sales regarding the GPS etc, she patiently explained and demonstrated to us and she took the trouble to come back to showroom to help us on her off day.

Giving a full stars review to Charles Lai from the Alexandra showroom. Wrote this review after first 1000km. Pre and post sales services are awesome. He helped to get a pretty competitive deal, and helped with the seamless transition from old car trade in to new car purchase and collection!

I'm a fan of made in Japan Honda. My natural choice for our beloved MPV Odyssey is hence Freed. Comparatively compact, it still provides that spaciousness for passengers above 1.8m height.

Sales personnel, Amanda Ong completed my most satisfying car purchases from more than 5 others to-date. She patiently and promptly attended to all my queries. Having known our specific preference, she went the extra mile to diligently monitor registration for us. Visited Honda earlier this year to take a look at the cars and met Goh Chin Hwa (Chin). He spent some time explaining to us as new car owners what to expect regarding the COE cycle and laid out the facts for us with no hardselling in the process. Left the showroom that day with a lot of newfound knowledge.

Fast forward a couple of months later, we approached Chin again with the intention to purchase a car. He was helpful throughout the whole process, answered our questions promptly and updated us regularly on the process. The whole interaction felt reliable and genuine.

Upon receiving the car, Chin walked us through the entire car and explained every things in detail which we really appreciate.
