K Suites

Extremely rude front counter staff. I went to K-Suites the days leading up to my birthday to enquire about booking a room. The front office manager was very rude while I was trying to understand their pricing system. He/She made no sense at all and when I tried to get them to repeat the prices, they gave me a really sour attitude. Finally, I managed to wrangle that the price was S$65 per head per room. What an exorbitant and frankly opaque pricing because when I tried to open the menu at the counter the manager swiftly moved it out of my reach. Decided not to go with K-Suites in the end. Bad attitude ruined it for me.

Decent place to hold a party where everyone can do what they like, be it singing, pooling or alcohol. Food is also good. Room is big enough to accommodate like 30 pax. Can spent many hours there if you like.

We rented an apt from them for the purpose of a commercial filming project. Granted we are not aware that we are not allowed to do so, their rude Security manager by the name of William used a high handed, condescending attitude of removing us from the apt without giving us a chance to explain and denied us the chance to speak to someone of higher authority as we were hoping to see if we could work things out.

Now that the Mgt is aware of our complaint on their FB page, instead of offering a service recovery, they asked that we take down the negative review on FB before they would consider giving us a refund. Separately from their fb replies, it is obvious there is a big attitude issue from this service provider.

If you are looking to spoil your vacation/ special occasion, then go to this services apartment. Really left a bad taste in your mouth. #badservice. #worstexperienceever #rudestaff #stayatyourownrisk

The location is great and huge potential with proper room remodeling and equipment uograde.

Seen better days. Due an extreme makeover. Not sure even that would remove the smell of stale cigarette smoke that starts from the moment you enter the lift on the ground floor.

On the pricier side, but fun to have alcohol and sing your lungs out. Song selections could be better

For such amount of money you'd have to pay for approximately 6 hours throughout the night, getting about 3 bottle of good liquors, good service, great space for about 10 people, numerous choice of songs, it's quite worth it.

My 3-star would be much higher if, to these types of all-night long karaoke, I came with people who have similar taste/language of songs with me. Because otherwise you'll be stuck there as an intermesso when everybody else is all tired of singing. The company part knocks out the 2 stars out the 5.
