This company uses car rental for their expats. Mr Ramesh is driving a rented car. The security guard don’t owe you anything.
Please get Ramesh fired. Or do an re-evaluation on his qualifications. Honestly such a person with poor academics and bad personality. How can he be a director and handle relationships with customers. Even if he can "fake" it at work, his true personality after work is what that matters. Fake everything.
