Bugis outlet is always busy, managed to get a seat for 1 pax dine in.
I ordered 3 pcs chicken tender meals for a quick bite, and it was indeed a very quick one.
For $7.60, i think it is not worth the price!
The chicken tender is so petite in sizes and can easily be finished in a go for goodness sake!
You can charge higher by all means thanks to inflation, but please be mindful too on what you served to consumer.
Your price for this pathetic meal is ridiculous for the portion you served, and it is not even upsized!
C'mon Jollibee, i love your food, so do better!

I kinda like it, this is my first time eating in Jollibee. It’s a halal certified which obviously safe option for moslem.
The chicken are tender and juicy, well seasoned.
An alright french fries and decent gravy sauce.
Asked for chilli sauce and then you’re good to go. The combo package portion is good enough for me.
Will definitely try their other menus.

They changed the spicy chicken recipe. I prefer the taste of it when they first opened. The chicken was more red & spicy.

Staff was rude, hijabi lady with specs was unfriendly and saw her slightly throwing the box on counter.hope service can be better here.

I had several time here but this branch one is not tasty, inside the meat is dry. Novena branch’s one is more tender and juicy. Always freshly fried. It’s the same jollibee thought, why️

Wanted to order from counter and was told to order for self booth which had long queues and not moving. When we went to counter again, this service staff ignore my colleague and decide to serve the man behind us instead.

Don't eat with rice, eat with mashed potatoes.the chicken is a bit different and more seasoned and they only serve real chicken skin with less flour

Easy access and convenient location for a quick bite. It’s a bit busy to dine in so I take out. The staff actually forgot my drink and I didn’t realize it until back to hotel which was a hassle and disappointment for me. I went back the same afternoon and got the drink that I should have received earlier. There’s no one to blame, I should have checked my order when receiving as well.

The spaghetti had very good aroma and was flavourful

The service was excellent, with a friendly uncle who greets you warmly and helps you find seats even if it’s crowded

First time trying jollibee. Chicken was flavourless and not crispy. Spaghetti was surprisingly good - more on the sweeter side. Peach mango pie was also delicious

Great food, but awful service. My German debit card was declined by the machine so I ordered manually instead, but the lady waitress asked me LOUDLY to wait one hour, the worst service I got while in SIngapore.

Very flimsy spoon and fork! Can't even cut even the rice! Imagine cutting the chicken? ! That is how lousy it is! Spoiling the appetite of everyone because of the lousy basic utensils! Unless you are only selling soup then continue to let your customers use it!

The chicken burger is a scam, the real patty is like 2-2.5 times smaller than the ads portrayal

To give you an idea, it’s like half my palm size (not counting my fingers, and I don’t have a big hand)

If it’s not so crowded, I would have gone to the counter to complain, absolutely unacceptable. Mc Donald’s burger is much better.

Besides that, all payment machines are not functioning, queue system is bad (you don’t know who’s queuing who’s not) the reception speed is slower than a turtle. Basin and toilet are dirtier than the drain.

Just don’t understand why it’s so crowded. I could have given -1 star if there’s such option

Food is prepared fresh and very delicious!
friendly service staff uncle was very fast in helping to clean the tables for the next group of customers waiting. Will patronise this outlet more often!

The food quality at this branch has dropped considerably since my last visit. The fried chicken I got with my nasi lemak set was legit cold. Imagine eating hot rice and cold chicken. Very disappointed.

The branch at Serangoon NEX, however, is amazing.

Juiciolicioys chicken. Outer Crisps
And so juicy inside and deep into their
Homemade sauce. It gives you the
Marvellous Ninoys finger licking good
Feelings. Long queue, but worth each
Bite Sinking feel good.
Carry on makan.

Best fried chicken fast food, definitely a go-to when visiting Singapore, meat is so tender and juicy

This branch service is also superb, especially the uncle who standby at the door welcomes every customer
