If you're feeling like a high roller, with a desire to avoid the peasant parade, travel in peace, and have a "servant" to cater to your needs, then the "elite" CIP terminal at Changi airport is your extravagant sanctuary.

For just a few hundred dollars per passenger, you can gracefully glide past the commoners in the regular terminals, leaving them in awe of your elevated status. No squeezing required, because who wants to rub elbows with peasants?

On top of that, they'll whisk you away in luxury vehicles, like a VIP on wheels, from the planes to the terminal and vice versa. Upon arrival in Singapore, they won't just stop at the airport; they'll chauffeur you to a designated spot in the city because even the streets need a taste of your grandeur.

Therefore, if you've got money to burn and a desire to avoid rubbing shoulders with peasants, the CIP terminal is the closest you'll come to feeling like a monarch without actually having to wear a crown.

Travelled first time with Jet quay. Their service are beyond words. Ambience and presentation are excellent. Good environment for travelling with children. Will use their service from now on.

I've booked JetQuay- Quayside service many times for my boss. Their customer service is very efficient. I especially want to thank the customer service staff Terence, who is very friendly. Highly recommended!

There's a particular staff who is discriminating against us who used CIP services for the 2nd time on 14th June 19. It is the same exact staff who is unprofessional when we used CIP services last December.

Singapore has the best airport but not the best Jetquay services. Used the services. They just want tips $ at the end of my departure. No true sincerity. Overpirced and the food + people are not up to standard. To all people, avoid this company services at all cost.

I wouldn't pay for this. The buffet and drink selection is pathetic and check-in took way too long. Any Priority Pass lounge is way better than this sorry excuse of a VIP lounge. The buggy service took me to the wrong place, and the driver wasn't friendly. Avoid unless you get free access from your credit card program (but I wouldn't do it even then, it was a waste of time).

Avoid the services at all cost. Feel pressured to give MONEY at the end of departure. Preferred travelling the normal way.
