We loved Jannpaul's designs, so we travelled to Singapore to visit the store in person. We were welcomed by Avery, who was more than happy to give us a consultation on the spot without an appointment. Avery is a very knowledgeable diamond specialist, and she guided us thoroughly on the varieties of diamonds exclusive to Jannpaul. We learnt so much about diamonds and what to look for in comparison to other diamond retailers. Her communication was great when we were designing the ring via email and Zoom. If you had any questions, Avery was always quick to respond back to you. Nil issues encountered with the delivery process to Australia. Would highly recommend a visit to Jannpaul. Their service is top notch!

Great experience at JP! There was an introductory session which was insightful for people who do not have much knowledge on choosing their engagements rings. (From lab grown to natural diamonds and also the 4Cs)
Service staff will share their knowledge and what to look out for when you are choosing your ring. They are also able to roughly tell the ring size with photos provided. I was clueless on what colour and type of diamond to go for but Marie was able to help me out on this based on my girlfriend’s preferences and current accessories. Overall, it was a fantastic place to purchase an engagement ring from.

It has been a pleasure to have Marie helping me and my partner on the designing part for my engagement ring! From consultation all the way to the final purchase of our ring is handled by Marie, 1 consultant from Jannpaul and I’d really like it this way. It is much simpler as there is just 1 contact point to work with. We were given an introduction/ education on natural and lab grown diamonds, which is totally free, no charge at all and most importantly, no hard selling at all. It’s good to have some directions on your preferred design so that during the first appointment, the initial design can be discussed. Marie also introduced the unique cuts that only Jannpaul has! We had my ring size captured on first visit and rough design & carat size which I preferred.
Subsequent visits were more on optimising the design and to proceed for 3D rendering once design is firmed. Marie’s service was commendable, she communicated with me on the ring drawings status regularly. Lastly, once design is confirmed, next is to proceed for the ring mould! Marie updated us promptly once our ring mould is out. After trying on the ring mould and checking the design, once all is good, we gave the green light to Marie to proceed for the final step!
Overall, we are elated to have ordered our engagement ring from Jannpaul, all thanks to Marie’s good service!

Both my wedding ring and wedding bands are done by JannPaul and assisted by Cheyserr. We are very satisfied with their workmanship and Cheyserr is very patient and professional. It was a smooth and pleasant process. Definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Came here because I was looking for a ring for my mother's birthday present. Eh, to be more precise, I already made an appointment with you hahaha.
Well, what's unique here is that if you want to play, Ceileh, you have to make an appointment with the sales person first.
At that time, we met via email and exchanged WA.
In the new WA, we will discuss what you need diamonds for, what kind of cake model you want.

BTW, according to the reviews out there, they are famous for the quality of their diamonds, but they are also famous for their consultation services that are as good and friendly as that, guys. Just don't worry.

Yesterday I had a consultation with Chloe, she was very helpful in giving advice on what model to make, was there not enough budget >>> the expensive ones were expensive, guys wakakak. Oh, he actually also offers VCS consultations, video call sharing, guys, don't think about me hahaha, so we can find out what shape the diamond looks like, etc.

If we have found a diamond that suits us, we can choose what design the ring will be, you can also design it yourself, you can also be guided by them, but yesterday I just chose what was available so that it would be quick, my mother's birthday was too late because it's too late.
If I'm not mistaken, it was only finished 3-4 weeks after we chose the model.
If you already know about diamonds and rings, you can pay the down payment but use SGD, guys, yesterday the smallest down payment was 500 SGD, 6 million or so.
Well, the price of the diamond depends on the quality and size, and the complexity of the ring too.

For what I am reviewing:
1. Decagon white series almost 1 carat + simple ring >>> 37 million

Finally, when the pick-up arrived, it could actually be sent, but instead of exchanging it for bricks on the expedition, right hahaha. Here's some culinary food in the neighborhood, guys.

What about the diamonds? The anjimm is already very shiny. This cake is the nicest little thing I've ever bought, it's so shiny that it really sticks out to the eye, guys, just look at it in the video hahaha. Oh, every time I see it I want to go back and buy it again, whenever someone asks me to buy it ameen

The ring design is also nice and made thick.
Don't forget here, Chloe's service as one of the salespeople is awesome. He helped me guess the ring size, he also suggested making the ring wider. What kind of macho guy is like this? What shape should the ring be? Whoa.

Overall, the goods here are really great, the service, friendliness, sales skills are all crazy. When we arrived we were also given white water, guys, I actually wanted to drink water, but there wasn't any.
Cuss for friends who want to give diamond gifts to their girlfriends, grandfather's wife, grandfather's mother, come here quickly, guys. What if you don't have the money yet? God will give you later if you ask. Amen, just believe it hahaha

Hey, forget it here, we buy and get GST tax relief from the shop and can get a refund at Changi Airport, guys.

We were served by a DS (Diamond Specialist) named Avery. First of all, she will try to get to know your budget and preference. From there, she will sort out a diamond based on your requirement.

We have zero knowledge about diamonds. Because of that, we have a lots of enquiries to check with Avery. She never fails to impress us with her knowledge and experience by answering all our questions. Other than that, she did provide us some useful maintenance tips on how to take care of diamonds. In the end, we decided to go with JannPaul Signature Decagon 10 Hearts & Arrows diamond.

I must say JannPaul provides the BEST customer service among all the jewellery shops that we've been to in Singapore & Malaysia. They even sent me a video with explanation about the diamond that we've picked. I really got no negative comments about them. Despite we spent around 2 hours to discuss about the diamond and ring settings, Avery is very patience, helpful while maintaining her professionalism. The whole process feels like we are attending some sort of short programme about diamonds which is very interesting.

I cannot recommend JannPaul enough!
My partner and I worked with Avery to design an engagement ring. We are from Australia and Avery videocalled us for our first meeting and explained everything, including diamond specs and showing us their infamous hearts and arrows diamond under a microscope.

She was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. She regularly updated us on the progress of the engagement ring which took roughly 5 months.

We finally met her on a quick stopover in Singapore to pick up the ring and I couldn't be happier! The ring was stunning and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

JannPaul service is very excellent and
professional. The staff attending to me was mainly Samuel, and Kevin secondly.

As I was very specific in getting a “modified design-styled” ring, but didn’t really know what I wanted, they both were very attentive and helpful in providing the best ring render.

Over a span of 4 months, We went through 5 different types of render, before I finally decided on what I wanted. I have to say, Samuel was extremely patient, and never once made me feel uncomfortable although I was fickle minded on the choices.

Samuel carefully and meticulous imagined a design that would suit my requirements, then suggested it to me. Whenever Samuel is unavailable, Kevin will attend to me. I love how committed they both are to my needs, and were very genuine.

Eventually, I got a 1.2 carat, VVS2, Grade D Decagon diamond ring. It is extremely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. My fiancé loves it very much, and many of our friends praised the works of JannPaul after seeing their product on my fiancés finger.

I cannot be more thankful to them!

Our experience with JannPaul is nothing but exceptional. I was attended by Marie, who's extremely patient as I started out my ring shopping journey. Having visited 5-6 other stores, JannPaul's service is what stands out the most. The initial session with Marie educated us on the fundamentals of diamonds and what to look out for. Under Mr Ranjit’s guidance and explanation of his vast knowledge on diamonds, he is patient and humorous person towards me who knew nothing much about diamonds. Jannpaul is located at level 1 of Far East Sholpping Centre. The shop is just right outside when walking from Wheelock place. It is call “House of Hung”. So don’t worry and just walk inside and a friendly staff will be at the door to serve you.

I made a call to Jannpaul to make a viewing for engagement ring/proposal ring, they were accommodating to the request for a viewing and all is set. During the time I was served by Ranjit, an amazing diamond specialist whom share his knowledge and expertise on the diamonds. Very easy to chat with and you can ask him anything. Be frank with your budget and the type/size of diamond you are looking for.

I bought the JannPaul Decagon White Series diamond and I am very impressed with the design, brightness and uniqueness.

Would like to make special mention to Avery who has been very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive during my purchase of the white series from the start. On the first day when I stepped into JaanPaul, she guided me on the different grades of diamonds, cutting, carat sizes, etc. Her explanation was so clear and organised.

We are based in the UK, and would definitely recommend JannPaul to any international customers like us! The whole process from start to finish could not have been smoother. Avery was fantastic, she kept us updated at every step, so much so that it was easy to forget we were in different countries! It was a truly personal experience dealing with JannPaul, and it was fantastic to see the value and care they place on their customers through what is an important and daunting process. For us, this is where JannPaul really excels above the rest in an industry where we found transparency to be lacking, with details not provided or questions not answered properly to hide diamond quality issues. With JannPaul, there was no detail spared or ommitted - they really were completely transparent about their diamonds, and the steps they take to ensure they are of the best quality.

We had an initial set of design ideas which we were able to share with Avery via our online calls. She was patient and listened carefully to all of our requirements, and her expertise and passion for creating the rings exactly as we wished really shone through the whole process. We were constantly impressed throughout the few months that we worked with JannPaul, right from our initial diamond education call where we also spoke about our designs, right through to 3D renders being produced, a wax form of these being sent to us, and during other online calls where we got to see our diamond and rings before they were shipped to make sure we were happy.

It was a very good experience for me looking to buy a proposal ring. Eugene was very patient and gave good advice. The diamond is absolutely beautiful and scintillates with “fire” under sunlight. Eugene was an absolute DELIGHT! He was so professional and understanding. He knew exactly what I was looking for and even though we are 8 hours apart in 2 different countries, He kept me up to date every step of the way.
