In an industry where the products are more or less the same, apart from pricing (which is really competitive here btw), what sets competition apart is customer service! I never thought i would say this but the 2-way 1 hour drive to Infantino was worth it - certainly would do it again in future. SY and team served me and they were exceptional! They so patiently tried on different models of baby seat on my car, just so to find one that works best for me.the team was so 'naggy' about the details that you genuinely could sense that they cared a great deal about the safety of your child and you using the product carefully. For smaller purchases, i was okay not to test the small electronic parts, but no SY was adamant to make sure everything I bought from the store works before i left. Easy 5 stars. Thank you SY and team. Look forward to the next purchase here!

About few days ago after I purchased a brand new vehicle, a teenager driver made a sudden left in front of me. The car went spinning and the damage was bad enough for the car to be totaled. My baby received minor injuries but the newborn who was in the baby car seat did not get a scratch. All my thanks goes to Infantino Enterprise. Their baby car seats are highly recommended!
