Came here to service after buying from second hand dealer. More transparent than my dealer and more trust worthy in my opinion. Don’t mind paying more for peace of mind

Was genuinely interested in one of the latest model cars from Hyundai. I had been dealing with Cynthia as an inbound call. She was able to update me on the current pricing and promos which was effective.

However i had asked her for a quote on a trade in with Hyundai Motors and i receive a response that was not only disgusting but insulting as well.

The same car model was selling on the market an even older version for about $160k, the quote that was presented to me for a trade in was $80K

DO NOT TRADE IN YOUR CAR WITH KOMOCO Motors, if you are a gullible seller and you actually do the trade in they are making a mark up of about 100% of your car value.

Trade in your car else where as they will not rip you off.

Here is some feedback

1) If its 80K was the returned quote the sales exec should do some screening and not even present it to the customer. This is insulting to both Hyundai and the customers. The sales exec is the face of the company and a reply like " it would be better if you sell it outside" would make more sense than even presenting the figures.

2) How do you get your numbers to get 80k trade in? How much do you want to make from resale? Are you that greedy? Are you just plucking numbers from the sky? Are you not aware about the current resale environment? A large car dealer actually quoting such an amount?

Its a pity because i was actually very interested in the Hyundai cars

Today I went to Hyundai Komoco service centre for free PRE-CNY inspection. While waiting, they arranged technical staff to introduce us to EV, which would be the future vehicles on the road.
Komoco has been constantly trying to improve their services in sales as well as after-sales, as I have experienced their growth for over 20 years. Currently my car is 4th Hyundai.

Had a really bad experience at the Hyundai showroom in Alexandra today.
Went to take a look and was served by this SE called Kylan.

During the test drive he was quite friendly, slightly aggressive in his sales pitch but still acceptable.

But his attitude took a turn for the nasty when I finished the test drive and told him i needed time to consider.

He was super sarcastic and said people my age would usually already have a car. He even added that I should consider a second hand car if i could not afford to buy a new car.

I was with my wife and kids so I didnt want to make a fuss by quarrelling with him.

But anyways, just wanted to let you guys know to avoid this SE next time if you are visiting the Alexandra showroom.

Drove an Elantra for 6 years and this Tucson for past 3 years. The service support team have consistently been helpful and professional throughout, helping much in my deciding for my 2nd Hyundai. On Feb 16, Mr Amat bin Warri attended to an ad-hoc issue and resolved it within half a day despite low manning at that time. The fast turnaround was much appreciated. On April 21st, Mr. Amin Nur Ariff Bin Azhar Amanullah provided great support, advising me on my in car camera operation, replacing a warrantied item promptly, during this routine servicing visit. Also always great to collect a well cleaned and vacuumed car after service! Miss the delicious mee goreng and curry puff breakfast, due to COVID rules and look forward to its return, someday soon, courtesy of Komoco/ Hyundai hospitality. Thanks for the great support through the past almost 10 years! Selamat Hari Raya Adil Fitri to everyone! Cheers!

Sales personnel Gene Ong is very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. He listens to our requirements and is able to offer the right car to meet almost all our needs. He is also patient and very professional. Would recommend him to anyone who needs to buy a car. Hyundai car is also very well designed with state-of- art technology. Worth every single cent and more. Thanks to Gene, and thanks to Hyundai for manufacturing such good cars

Visited this place for car servicing. The servicing is done based on booking systems. The service is very good and can trust that your car will be well taken care of. They also have complementary shuttle service to the nearby MRT train station for clients to run errant while waiting for your car to be serviced. When the car is ready for collection, the customer service officer will inform you the time to return to collect your car.

Overall the service at komoco is good as iam in my 13 years with hyundai car. All is good except on the making appointment for my car service. That make me feel dishearten n angry. But thanks to the advisor mr s nair n the senior cashier that i know her for years. But iam sorry cant recall her name. They make my day n also the reception on that day. She very nice to servr me. Thanks again.

Service quality needs to improve. Sales staff does not know much about the car that they are selling.

There was this peculiar problem that I faced with the lumbar support on the driver's seat and also a noise in the steering column. Mr. Sharman from Komoco Motors ensured that the spares are procured ASAP and then reached out to me to inform that the spares have arrived and then got the repairs effected. Kudos to the Team

Excellent and prompt service received by service advisor, Calvin Kan Chee Kin on 11 Dec 2019 at the new service centre at Upper Thomson. Was raining heavily and Calvin help to expedite an urgent request.

西可以吃到,到了晚上全场满座,停车场也暴滿.
因为这地方交通方便,很多巴士都有到,MRT 也可以到,所以说这是一个美食的好地方.

Professional services provided by both customer service officer and technical/mechanical crew.
Attentive towards my queries and queries were answered promptly.
Nice and comfortable lounge while waiting for my car to be serviced.
