The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking as we watched the vibrant bursts of color light up the night sky. It's an experience that truly added magic to our stay, making it a memorable and enchanting night. Highly recommend for anyone looking to combine the comfort of a great hotel with a dazzling display of fireworks during NDP & Year end celebration!

The third time coming back for Swissotel in Singapore.

One unhappy thing is we booked hotel for 16-19 sep which is 3 nights. But our flight arrive at 12am, so we get to hotel very early as we just want to put down the luggage and booked another budget hotel to wait check in time. When we packing the luggage in the lobby, one women staff come and said “You don’t aware that your booking is checking in at 3pm meh? You are not allow to sleep in the lobby wo! ” We was shocked from her attitude as we never plan to sleep in the lobby and already booked another budget hotel to rest… and we just want to get some clean clothes from our luggage…. As the days we are coming is F1 period which they have road blocks, we are afraid that if we book late flight, we can’t get back to hotel easily that why we book early arrive flight.
I think this staff can have better attitude (A black women who is working in the lobby)
Anyway, Thank you for the arrangement for our anniversary. I really appreciate it. All other staff are friendly and rooms are very clean too. The cleaner from every level are extremely friendly, they greet us every time they see us, The view of the hotel are fantastic. Very nice that they provide a filtered water tap which is next to the normal water tap. So we can refill the glass water bottle within any plastic! I love the way they reduce plastic use! So much easier and eco friendly!
But one thing is that I don’t know why everyone can access to level 8 which is the swimming pool… I think hotel can improve the security of each level and the privacy of facilities.

We went to Singapore this September for a holiday and had our 2nights stay with Swissôtel Stamford. I had visited this hotel a couple of times before. I love the atmosphere about this hotel friendly staff assisted for our check in and the location is very convenient just in the city hall downtown can access to everywhere easily. I also had booked 2 days breakfast with my booking just because wanna feel the sunlight in to the restaurant of course the food was great as well. I’ll definitely come back if I have any chance to visit Singapore in the future.

The Front Reception staffs like Malar right down to the Concierge bellman like Heng are wonderful and warmth hoteliers! Their 5 Stars services from the Heart can at anyday, anytime, stand toe to toe with any top stars hoteliers on an international level. Their professional competencies, efficiency and services are impeccable and most impressive.
It would be nice of the management on behalf of my utmost gratitude and appreciation to present the above mentioned staffs with an accolade.
I certainly recommend this hotel.

Swissôtel The Stamford, one of the tallest hotels in we’ve stayed in with some breathtaking views. The whole team are amazing, fantastic service, always ready to be there and help you with whatever it is. The room was fitted with everything we needed, comfy bed, good pillows, bath robes, ironing, coffee machine and cups and the star of the room, the filtered water, really good to see a hotel take this initiative. The hotel is physically attached to the mall, you don’t even need to get out to go into the mall, amazing location, close to everything. Two separate pools, one for the little kids was very nice, with towels provided and a bar serving food and drinks. The gym was very clean and with some excellent equipment, fresh water and towels available.

Fantastic experience, Signature King suite for the grand prix was even better than grandstand tickets. Great vibe, location and very central to food and MRT. Staff are very friendly and helpful, one of the best hotels to stay in Singapore.

When I came here about 10 years ago, it was a slightly older business hotel with a nice view, but I was surprised to see that it had been completely renovated and had become a really nice hotel!
The front desk was also new, so it was interesting. It was very nice that the Korean staff was so kind and helpful
I requested a room with a good view and was very satisfied.
I want to stay here next time I go to Singapore

A fantastic hotel in perfect location. Room was very spacious with really great shower pressure. Staff were all very plesent especially to two ladies in the ski bar. They went above and beyond to make our stay very plesant. It was a special aniversary and they made it extra special.
Only minor gripe I have is that check in/out is self service which is not ideal for some older generation, however there were helpful staff around to assist people like me.
Food choice was very restricted for vegetarian both at breakfast and dinner. We were effectively forced to eat out for donner every evening

The location is conveniently next to the MRT station and CityLink. The lobby is modern and chic, but the room is quite small. It’s good for business travelers, but I wouldn’t have stayed here without the conference.

Next to the exit of the subway station, there are McDonald's, supermarkets, and Mian Park in the mall below

Did my 2 week quarantine here, staff were excellent and ended up with a bay facing high floor which was a bonus

The stay in my quarantine was awesome excellent service from in room dining the staffs are welcoming I love the entire hotel especially the view from room is sea view was amazing experience in my life a good example of hospitality is swissotel in Singapore dot.

I attended my nephew's wedding banquet at the Stampford Ballroom. The whole experience was quite unpleasant. On arrival, there was no parking available. A sign at the entrance said Valet Parking but actually there was no such service. Finally we had to search for parking in another building. Almost an hour wasted just for parking.
During the banquet, waiters were not courteous and seemed in a rush to serve and get things over with. When the wedding video was played, quality was bad, and the lights were not dimmed. The music was not properly coordinated. The food also did not taste as good as I thought it would. I will never reccomend this place to anyone for holding a banquet.

Everything is great during my 10 days quarantine staycation. Awesome people and assistance too.

Clean. Spacious. Friendly staff. Very centrally located near Marina Bay and the Quays, good views from the balconies.
Price is generally fair.
The hotel does not get 5 star from me simply because breakfast and internet are charged extra whereas many other similar hotels have them included. However, there is plenty food options right outside the hotel, you don't need to worry about that.

Here on SHN. Location is good but actual room scruffy - scratched furniture and floor. Food terrible. Staff inconsiderate of pressures of quarantine- keep us well into Day 15 to suit their schedule. Trotted out party line of “it’s for your safety”. Ironic, misplaced and non-evidenced given volume of community cases!

Nice hotel, I would say the food was a bit unfortunately was a bit stale however this was a very comfortable place and was very clean and the staff was amazing and very welcoming and convenient.

I am staying here for SHN and very disappointed by poor service with un-friendly feedback, poor food, poor view and washroom not clean, and all the furniture are very old and not the same as pictures listed in website, would like to strongly not recommend for staying this Hotel Swissotel The Stamford. Thanks.

This is a great hotel in the heart of the downtown part of Singapore. Staff is very friendly. Food in the cafe is good as well.

This is really nice hotel, there are 76 floors, you can see entire singapore from here and there is a bar on 76 floor also you can see beautiful views from your room, hygienic and conformable room
