Hi guys, i actually went down to this location after seeing all those wonderful pictures of the retail and reviews. But it was a mistake. This location is not for visitors. It is their corporate office! The friendly female staff there came out and told us to visit their retail at Lau Par Sat.

I'm truly amazed by their customer service. Bought a Sttoke cup but unfortunately it came with defect. Emailed customer service and immediately offered to replace the cup. Courier came down and exchanged a new cup. No hassle at all.

I’m so glad I decided to buy my coffee machine from Hook Coffee! Delivery was so fast, I ordered it on Wednesday night and it was delivered by Friday afternoon.

I managed to get in touch with their customer service team, who helped to ensure that I managed to receive the machine in time for my guests on the weekend. Amazing service and coordination.

Coffee is not bad and packaging of the Hook Bags are really convenient for a coffee newbie, which is the main reason I decided to try their coffee. At first they forgot to ship out a free and limited gift as mentioned. When contact with their customer service Ms. Sam, she almost did no question ask and mention will ship out and honour their promise.

Great range of flavors and satisfying customizations for the grind with a choice of going for a one off purchase or a subscription. I would recommend those who would like to try all the different flavors to get the 80gm packs and then subscribe to choose your favorite!

Been with this brand for years - they have consistently excellent customer service and good coffee. My personal favourite is the pandan kaya pod which I open up to use with my espresso machine LOL. Thats how much I love it. Their audience engagement is also fun to participate in with naming contests and all. Overall a great brand I would stick with for life.
