The porridge was diluted, but it was made up for by the generous amount of minced meat in the porridge. We also ordered simple side dishes - luncheon meat, fish cake, and tofu - and they went well with the porridge. Good comfort food.

Simple pleasures in life are usually the most satisfying - and this statement applies to food too. What you see here - beehoon with piping hot sunny side-ups and luncheon meat, and the bowl of silky peanut porridge make the perfect breakfast anytime - and both items for less than $5.

Simple breakfast but delicious! Cantonese porridge and fried bee hoon topped with fried sunshine egg were really fulfilling. All for $9.40

Reasonably good cantonese porridge in taste, but ingredient texture could have been more refined. The fried noodle and Brewood should be served warmer or hotter than it should.

Affordable and delicious breakfast food. Priced at $2-$2.50 for a bowl of hot steaming porridge is hard to find these days.

Good canto porridge store. Prices are as expected for an old hawker store and the food is old school and good. The ingredients are generous too; there were goodies in every scoop.
The broth is aromatic and clean, for a lighter flavour very suitable for breakfast or clean eaters. 5/5 for sure.
My personal preference is for porridge made with thicker and more umami heavy broths but I cant fault this for personal preference.

Good old fish porridge with fish thinly sliced with strands of cuttlefish with piping hot porridge poured onto it to cook them. Meal is not complete unless you eat it with a plate of fried beehoon mee. Yummy

I like the porridge, as it is very well cooked. You can request for more ingredients. The price is reasonable.
