Sealed a crack and a chip on windscreen but ended up with 2 long scratches on bonnet near windscreen crack area. Confronted staff when I noticed on the scratches on car collection, but was only told by him that they did not touch the bonnet area. My only regret is that I was at the canteen below during the session, should have stay and keep a watch on my car throughout the session.

Glazity Auto help to fix a window chip on the front passenger seat. Very professionally done within 45 minutes. Repair cost is only a friction compared to replacing the whole glass. Much recommended -)

Had a lot of scratches on windscreen on passenger side that required to be removed, if possible - did not want to replace windscreen. Left a message on day 1 to enquire service, Denise replied within a few hours, offered to check via photos and sent comparison to see if could be polished. Was clear the photos she sent were worse condition than my vehicle.

Decided to pop by in person to make sure was able to remove. Originally scheduled for 1 month later due to time commitments on my side, after checking the company confirmed they could actually do it within 1.5 days. Amazing, scratch free - just waiting for the chips to settle. It really was great service and the price was good value. Will use again in future, but hopefully i won't need to.:)
