Went down personally to enquire on purchase of wireless mouse, had the intention to purchase it as a year end gift for the team. Stated my intention clear before heading down.

Was told that all order could only be done through email and an operator from another department will contact us. Staff member involved refused to help us take order despite the fact that we were there and ready to confirm order on the spot.

Thereafter, slow response from the sales team through online enquiry, despite multiple chaser.

Went to on confirm on design placement, colour and quantity only to be told that the items is out of stocks.

Disappointed in the service standard, couldn’t even fulfill small orders, will certainly think twice before taking large orders for events and functions from them.
