The shrimp dumplings and roasted shrimp dumplings are both good, and the pork ribs are more recommended. The disadvantage is that there are smokers outside.

Food nice, but waiting time is long when I go around 930 Sunday, there only 1 person working. If I know the waiting time that long I won't order.

Love their silky chee cheong fan packed with ingredients n even vegetable. So glad to see them back in kallang area. Chose to add curry sauce today and it’s very shiok!

Great service from the staff working alone during peak period. He was very courteous despite the long queue and never-ending orders.

Ordered on grab, the Chee Cheong fans arrived without sauce! How to eat? And grab don’t refund me for the rice rolls coz it’s in a set! I paid $26.90 for this set, to only eat the 3 sim sums coz the rice rolls are tasteless without the sauce! Ridiculous!

Steamed prawn/spinach rice rolls made to order. Delicious and the spinach paired well. Did not detract from prawns at all. They did not skimp on the good sized fresh prawns either.excellent value. Lots of other dim sum and congee also. Option to add vegetables in your order. Not expensive either

Awesome good quality food, handmade with passion. TOP 3 must order - 1) Chee Cheong Fun with lettuce & egg, 2) Prawn & Pork Siew Mai, 3) Steam Beancurd Skin Roll. Take away is as good as dining in for dim sum.

Rice roll serving portion is quite big. Few different selection to choose from. Had the following;
1. Ying Yong Rice Roll = $4.80
2. You Tiao Rice Roll = $3.90
3. Steamed Pork Ribs = $3.00
4. Steam Chicken Feet = $3.00

Came here because of the ribbon Chee Cheong fun. I got the prawn one and while I think the price of $4.60 is very reasonable given the ingredients (comes with veggies too but I didn’t want), it was a bit too much sesame flavour for my liking and the rice rolls soaked up the sauce easily so they lost their silkiness and hardened.
The 抄手 (spicy wantons) were really good because the sauce was a good balance of vinegar and chilli oil, with that extra chilli padi on top for people who need to have a near-cry to feel satisfied.
腐皮卷 (fried beancurd skin) could be dunked in chilli and mayo so that could never be bad.

Good coffee shop to enjoy a variety of foods if you’re in the area but I wouldn’t specially make a trip for this dim sum.

11 Jun 2022: Looking for nice chee chiong fun, congee and dim sum at reasonable prices? Head to FEI CHANG HAO; 27 items to choose from…smooth texture, thin rice rolls and pretty big serving too. Enjoyed our brunch and would love to return for more.

The stall is at Blk 5 Upper Boon Keng Rd (inside Food Haven coffeeshop) and you can park your car at the multi storey carpark.

The quality of chee cheong fun is not consistent. Few months back they are worth at least 4/5 but recently the CCF texture is really bad.

I saw this stall online recently and thought that I had to try it for myself and decide if its worth the hype.

I had the Pork with Century Egg Porridge and Prawn Chee Chiong Fun. Both were tasty but I prefer the porridge a bit more.

The texture of the porridge was really smooth and it was not bland at all. The spring onion, bits of fried dough fritters and fried shallots, uplift the porridge’s taste. In my opinion, it could be comparable with those at Canton Paradise or Tim Ho Wan. The portion was filling, at a price point of $4.20, I have nothing to complain about.

The Prawn Chee Chiong Fun’s portion was quite big. It has Chinese cabbage and prawns in it. But the prawns were mainly prawn bits. However, at the price point of $4, I can barely complain anything about it.

Overall, I will definitely revisit this place again.

Had the char siew ccf and siew mai, price is a bit higher.

Siew mai includes 1 whole prawn in it.

The ccf contains char siew and cabbage i think, unique, and it's twisted and looks different. Sadly it doesn't taste smooth, not all of it. But still is worth to give it a try.

Will come back for other menus.

Changfen is perfectly soft and delicious. But the sauce is too sweet. Less sweetness more umani will be better

Food is so good. Value for money and quality is superb. 真的是，妃肠好.

Shifted from the nearby market to this new location. Chang fen was thin, nice and smooth. Went well with the sauce and fillings

Prawn Chee Cheong fun is not bad, the xiao long Bao, you tiao roll & century egg porridge are mediocre.
