My cheap snacks items was redirected properly.

This app is a scam and the customer service wasn’t even helping to solve the issues. My aunt had purchase a Chef Machine which cost $160. However, what received wasn’t the chef machine but a juice blender which is not what she had paid for or ordered. This is totally a dishonest act, despite it being their fault they are not willing to give a full refund as stated that they did not purchase insurance. Whether there’s insurance or not, this is clearly their fault. Instead of sending in the correct product, they had actually send her a replacement stock which is belong to another buyer. Ezbuy needs to be condem.
The variety of goods they are selling are shrinking and poor customer service. If you try to send the email to customer service, you will NEVER get a reply from them. You need to call or live chat with them. However, their response was really defensive. I have been buying from EZbuy for many years and now I am slowly switching to another platform
Entire process is slow including replies from ezbuy.they do not take responsibility in customers order.good if your order has no errors but once theres error, they do not provide u with any solution and no response will be given
Beware they will always calculate or measure the item to make it more expensive until you prove to them and they will refund to you.
Worse than unethical. It’s scam fraud lies drama. They will not give you refund despite 10emails 10 tickets. Boycott. Buy from amazon who will accept real evidence. The China Shanghai customer will protect China sellers even the China seller gives lies cushion will expand. Rubbish. I measure tape and wait 7 days. Same size. I gave correct size twice. I got mouse cushion. Great deny. Income tax of both countries will be reported. Gst income incorrect. Cause refund not give accept income. Prinicipally wrong. Very wrong.
They have handed my parcel to someone else and only willing to compensate me around half the amount which is $300. The way they handle this issue is ridiculously slow. 2 months already. My patience ran out. I will file a small claim against them and update everyone in social media.
Ezdelay. Look how messy this company is. What they advertise and what they provide is complete opposite. I wonder what is the higher up ppl doing. This company is a mess. Such a notorious company still can have custom issues. Is the government not supportive of Ezbuy or is Ezbuy really trashy?
Calling this customer service guy name Bernard Goh Wee Kwang multiple times, however he claims himself as manager but can not give a solution for my issue. Delayed my item delivery and not keen to refund it from the company. Claimed his CEO/higher up will reply my email however no one was care. Such a bad and terrible service from this guy and the company.

Pls be patient with ezbuy:) known as king of delays, they mess things up and you just need to pester them for over a month and make sure they compensate the amount. No issues: D
If I could give negative star i would. Been with ezbuy prime for almost 6 years. For the past 6 years, the service was excellent whenever I faced issues with item damaged or missing item. However, recently their service has really turned downhill steeply. Terrible. Local sales, items took longer than normal air shipment to be delivered. To make things worse, received an item damaged, made a claim and after more than a week, the CSO in charged seemed to be vanished into thin air. Not even giving an update or reply! Definitely not continuing with the membership after it ends!
Rubbish service! They said you can buy prime and get 42 wishlist but every time you make a wishlist, they will CANCEL it. Only 2 out of 42 wishlist is accepted, the rest ALL 40 CANCELED. Live chat just said it is NON-REPLACEABLE and just keep copy paste the same message that they cannot do anything and eventually ignore you! REALLY WASTED MY MONEY! REGRETTED buying THEIR PRIME MEMBERSHIP. Will not renew!
This one-star represent the only 1 saving grace - i.e. The deliverymen whom I appreciate their efforts and attitude in bringing the goods to me, as per the delivery schedules. Without them it would be worth zero stars and less.
Ezbuy is unable to manage its sellers and fails to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with both its sellers and buyers, and has absolutely no service recovery action and has a total lack of ownership on the business it's running.
The shipments are very badly delayed on several occasions - and they split up all your orders even if its the same seller and they are in a big mess - all they do is to leave a comment on your order on the unreasonably long delays and just take the buyers for granted that they should just wait for as long as it takes. They are not even pre-order items. On delayed shipments (in my case, more than 20 days from original shipping timeline thats re-quoted and no reasons were given at all), they will push to the seller and will not assume any responsiblity for it despite them being the platform that collaborated with the sellers and is meant to manage the whole process from order stage to delivery stage. Ezbuy's position is just "we have assisted you" and they would not do anything about managing the seller or the delivery or help to ease up the waiting time - shocking. They even take their own liberty to cancel your order without the buyer's permission - they just inform you that they proceeded to cancel. So, their only resolution method available is cancellation (even when you didnt request for it) and they actually do so assuming buyers should just accept. Atrocious customer service and zero regard for its customers. Terribly managed as there are no proper protocols, controls or regulations to ensure smooth transactions from start to end, and just handled each issue so haphazardly.
On yet another delayed shipment they were also very ambiguous and misleading in their responses. Had 2 items in the same order and they asked if i want to cancel both. I replied yes since i've waited too long. Later on, they told me to wait first without telling me if they are indeed asking the seller to cancel both. Long story short, they then told me one was shipping out but they dont know about the other one. So I told them to please tell me what the seller replies with first on latest situation for the other item, so i can properly decide whether i want to cancel or still proceed - since one of the items was shipped, I thought maybe it's possible that I can just wait for the other item. Their next reply to my email? "As requested, we cancelled your order". I did not pass any instruction to just cancel one item? Conveniently disregarded what I wrote in my email about updating me first and I will confirm whether to cancel or proceed. Horrendous.
Rubbish and useless company, hope your company will bankrupt soon. Fxxk you Ez buy! RM1k+ parcel but end up with RM200 refund and also don't know when will receive the refund. Irresponsible and useless company, pay shipping fee for RM99 but received an email hahaha, whole family will die soon all your company workers! The most rubbish company ever seen in this world haha, Pls never use this company this is the worst company among so many parcel company.
Unreasonable service waited for so long. My items from taobao still have not arrived called to the service to asked for help but there was no answer. Poor service.
Ezbuy is scam. Literally. They feed off those leftovers. E.g. Shipping fee, agent fee blah blah blah. Even refund money. No insurance = 100sgd max. So they will refund u 100sgd and take away the remaining $ after claiming from seller. Ridiculous.
What puzzles me is that ppl are still using ezbuy services.its prices are marked up x3 of original price, with all those extra fees, its way better to buy from other ecommerce platform.plus theres high risk buying from ezbuy - parcel gone missing, long waiting time, damaged product - all these with NO refunds.whereas other platform insures ur parcel for FREE.say no to ezbuy.period.
System got issue. Charge my credit card but says payment failed. Called them, screenshot to them my credit card online statement is deducted but they kept saying they didn't receive the payment and kept telling me to make payment again or call bank again.
I've called bank twice before contacting them.they refused to make any constructive solutions.
I had to report fraud to bank and they cancelled my card and block transactions.
Such dishonesty!
I recently purchased 2 side tables on ezbuy and received the items after 2 months. While submitting the order I had put in additional remarks to specify that I wanted offwhite color. To my horror, the color of the item received was yellow whereas I had ordered offwhite. I wrote in to ezbuy customer support but they rejected my request to return the items. Very disappointed as I not only wasted 2 months waiting for the item but also received the wrong color item. I have been using other e-commerce sites but never had any issues when it comes to returning defective or damaged items which do not meet the specs. However this is not the case with ezbuy. There is no clear policy stated on returning defective, damaged or products not meeting specs. In fact, the website and application does not have a return product feature or a facility to raise a dispute with a seller. Buyer beware.
