Service has deteriorated significantly over the years. The customer service via Whatsapp don't read what was written to them and ask for the same information which I had predicted they will ask and had given ahead, such that I have to point them out to the staff several times just in one single service incident alone.

As a new customer to Exabytes SG, I can never stop to commend their professionalism towards customer. They really take ownership and pro active attitude to make sure new customer questions are fully answered and their issues being resolved. They even make a call to myself after several emails exchanges to make sure everything is fine for the migration from the other vendor to Exabytes. I must comment that Harry Kuen from Penang office has been very instrumental, professional, polite, understanding, a good listener and always willing to assist further which is far exceeding from what I have encountered from other hosting companies. I have no regret and in fact glad to select Exabytes as our partner in Singapore to host our domains and we look forward to a rewarding and meaningful long lasting working relationship with them. Thank you guys again. Really appreciate and grateful for the quick resolution of customer's issue.)

Exabytes gave me complete confidence in resolving issues that I surfaced. The Support Rep gave fast and attentive response which I am impressed. Although I could not describe the details of the issue that was resolved, I am confident that with this great technical backend support, there will be many loyal and satisfy customers like me.

Extabytes offers good value for money for web and email hosting services which I've used for quite a few years now. Great customer service as well!

Got to be the worst hosting provider in singapore. Extremely unstable hosting. Support doesn’t know how or where did the large traffic come from for the other shared sites. They don’t even have monitoring capabilities and expect customers to provide logs. What a joke of a service

Have several web hosting plans with Exabytes. Used to be great. However, have been extremely bad recently. 6th time down the server is down this week.

I will give zero star if such option is available. I was so disappointed on the customer service I encountered. I texted my concern thru your online whatapps, yet your guys keep telling me is my fault not to email in advanced to ask for deduction of the free 10dol credits for my recent payment made. This is ridiculous that I was not aware from anywhere and nobody from your side informed such requirement. Even 1-2wks ago there was a lady called me and reminded the invoice, she also did not inform me I must email such request for using the free credits. So how would I know what to do? Besides, this is ridiculous that shouldn't such deduction be automatically deducted to the customer's favourite? Don't you think it's funny that we need to send it such email request to use it? We are in industry 4.0 pls! I felt I was deceived and pls, anyone read my comment here do not continue your service until they rectify their current system drawback. Lastly, pls REFUND me my 10dol and offset it from my free credit, sadly nobody from you contacted me to do that so far, and recent chat the guy attended just pretended they did not hear my concern. Your so called 24hr call support is useless, called several times yet nobody answered my call, this is terrible. My gosh! I was not deserved all these pls!

Initially, I thought this was one of the worst decisions to sign up with them. Whenever an issue cropped up (no fault of theirs…. I had problem uploading the website properly), their Live Chat agent would almost inevitably transfer the issue that I had to the backend technical support. From there, all communications would be via email. I complained to the agent how this would take days for the issue to be resolved. But surprisingly, the issue was quickly resolved on their end within hours! Every issue that I had was resolved that way. I didn’t even have to explain my case again to a different case officer who looked into the matter. Somehow they just investigated my account and resolved the matter on their own.

It took me a while to get used to this way of resolving a technical issue because I expected the Live Chat agent to guide me through the process, which is very common with all the host companies based out of US that I used previously. Now, i just open a case and wait for the problem to be solved (very very quickly). No more wasting of time hearing the mind-boggling instructions from the agents, ‘guiding’ me through the issue.

I’m totally happy about the way they resolve technical issues. Let the technical people do the technical stuff. I’m just an end user, who paid money for any issues to be resolved. I’m glad I’m no longer helping to do the work of the technical people.

If the renewal price is good, I think I’m going to stay with Exabyte for a long time to come.

Terrible experience, I am moving providers now, unavailable, cant call anyone, some support departments are closed, no customer care at all.

Worst support. They never mind about hosting responsibilities. I unable to login, so tried password reset. It reached about 48Hrs, still no emails from their system. Better not to be with them.

TLDR: definitely not 99.9% uptime, 503 - 3 days in a row and counting. Live chat agents are NOT useful at all, support is slow. Im very sure this business has been neglected by its top management, either that or they grew till they don't care anymore.

For starters, when I signed up for the ebiz 13+ I linked an existing domain that i owned, only to realise i couldnt redeem my 'free lifetime domain' as advertised.it was one of the several reasons why i decided to sign up with them amongst others.only after much back and forth communications and escalations did they agree to give it to me and even then showed me a fine print that they probably didnt have to cause it had to be done on sign up (without clear indication), thanks, I guess. They also promise a 99.9% uptime, but Ive already had 503s two nights in a row already, the 24/7 support simply escalated it.they do not have any tech capability to rectify or give a clear answer. So far I have been quite disappointed with the service and offerings. The chatbot/live agents do not have much knowledge, they are probably just following a guide book / knowledge base, and arent conversant even in hosting terminologies.

Probably the worst web hosting company I have ever dealt with.
Have contacted support many times since they bought over Signetique - yet the same problems with my email keep reoccurring.
Exabytes insist the problem is solved on their end but to prove them wrong, I send screen captures of the issues that are not resolved and the cycle continues, seemingly forever.
Then, last month Exabytes made an unauthorised transaction to renew my domain hosting, insisting I selected auto-renew, when I clearly did no such thing. In any other business this is called fraud. I should be calling the police.
They are truly the worst on the market.

Very very impressed with the tech support. They act speedy like lightning, I needed to set up my domain for my website and didn’t know how to do it to change the settings so I wrote to the tech department. They responded within an hour and had it all settled! I couldn’t be more thankful! Good job, keep it up!
