71I like the crispy prata. Price much reasonable compare to a lot of prata place. Service was good too despite of the waiting time to get a seat.
Crispy prata and overall not bad. But they do have plenty to go for other then prata.the biryani is not bad too!
The pratas here are so so good! A lot of choices. Service is fast. During lunch it tends to be busy so prepare to wait but wait will be so worth it!
I’d say this place is pretty good if you crave for Indian Muslim type of snacks. But don’t expect it to be what it should be when you order Roti Canai/ Prata. It’s deep fried which is crunchy and delicious. Just not pan fried which can be less oily. The rest it’s pretty nice. Price wise, I suppose it’s acceptable.
The prata is extra crispy. Teh also strong, not like others which serve thin overly sweetened water.
The place can get hot so prepare to smell like prata after your food.
Parking is easy in the heart of Jurong East.
Had their famous "crispy prata" but turns out its just fried flour with no prata feels.had their mee goreng as well which is very mediacore.
Eat at other malay/indian cuisine stores instead.dont waste your money here.
The pratas are very very crispy and thick.
The plain pratas are bout 1.5cm thick.
I think it's one of the most crispy pratas I ever tasted. A bit on the oily side though.
Probably best prata in the west region. Must try the honey banana and plaster. Curry and chilli combi is unforgettable. Will come back often.
Don’t get me wrong! It’s amazing food and all (no sarcasm). I was disappointed tho, at the slow service during peak hours where we were promised 20 mins waiting time which turned out to be 30 mins for a prata. When we asked the staff about the whereabouts of our meal, we were brushed away. Totally understand that peak hours are tough for the kitchen, but managing customers is part of your job would you agree?
For those who enjoy a crispy, yet fluffy to the bite prata, this is definitely your go to prata house!
Made-to-order prata with options ranging from plain to eggs to bomb and even hotdogs, they are all served up hot and crispy with chicken curry and sambal chilli.
Expect a long wait of up to 15-30 minutes during peak period, but it definitely is worth it!
P. S they have grabpay option for those who live on cashless payment!
Love the Prata, but hate the waiting time. Grab riders (with 5-6 packets each) seem to be prioritised over customers who turn up at their shop.
Ordered our food on Sunday 10.43am, but only got our food at 11.20am. Total waiting time of 37 mins is unacceptable.
The plus point here is the freshly served crispy prata! Love it but the curry sauce doesn’t have much taste to it. The chilli sauce though is a good addition to the dish as it adds a little more taste to the curry.
Apart from the prata, i dont think any other dishes is worth it, the fried noodles didn't have any taste, more like it was cooked just for the sake of cooking. The prata is good. The place closes at 11 but by 10 they're already refusing to take order
This is one of the best in Singapore. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Curry is slightly watery should be abit thicker, but not a downer. The chutney makes up for the watery curry.
Teh tarik is silky smooth and very fragrant! It was pulled well. Will visit again!
Their prata is the crispier kind, but not so crispy that it becomes crackers. Usually order a side of curry chicken as well, though the chicken wouldn't make a good main dish considering there's a stall that's famous for their curry just next door.
I love the prata and Maggie goreng! Small and cosy neighbourhood place for nice and authentic Indian food!
The prata is thick and crispy. Personally I don’t really like it. It’s too oily. I would recommend to eat the one with egg. It’s more easy on the stomach. The plain one is kinda salty and sweet. It feels more like they deep fried the prata than cooking it on the stove. It’s crispy and oily on the outside, slightly fluffy on the inside. Ok on first bite but hard to finish. (that’s my personal preference and though).
Give it a try and let me know if you like it.
Limited and cramp seating. Should be able to get a table if you are patient enough.
Will I go back again? - most probably no unless I am around that area and I will most probably only order the egg prata.
We have traveled all the way to the prata shop at 9.55pm. However, the staff insisted the shop is closed at 10pm insisted us to pack the prata. The website indicated that the shop is closed at 10.30pm. All the staffs are in the hurry to close off the shop. Disappointed
It's recommended by friend that the Prata of this shop is very nice. Today have the chance to try it. The Prata and thosai is different from what I ate usually from other restaurants and food stalls. It was outstanding and unique!
I'll be back to eat again and also recommend to my friends!
