Domino's Arab Street

It’s a complete disaster with my grab order. I have been apologised for my mistake of putting the wrong phone number hence was not delivered successfully but the staff keep on emphasising “it’s my fault” which honestly I KNOW. Asked me to reorder again and said that they can’t refund me the money for the previous order.
Appreciate it Domino.

Worst experience ever. Delivered wrong probably contaminated food and there was no way to contact them as they simply don’t pick up phone calls and the delivery person just dumped the food and ran in a rush. Had to physically carry it back to store and even after mentioning the problem they were unapologetic about it. Wasted my time, energy, money and mood! Dominos should take customers for granted but offering such a bad service and experience. It is these kind of things that leads to failure of a big company!

Absolutely shocking customer service their phone is unavailable there is absolutely no way to contact them AND AFTER WAITING 3 HOURS our delivery was cancelled. Surely you’re not that busy

Came here super hungry at 10: 15pm to eat pizza. Asked the lady at the counter if we can dine in because the store is supposed to be closed at 11pm and it only takes a few mins to finish a pizza. The lady at the counter was showing attitude and when I asked can we dine in since it’s supposed to be open till 11pm? She told on our face yeah but we need to clean with such a rude tone. Now sitting roadside to eat the pizza. Thanks dominos for the great experience on eating pizza which is supposed to be a late night craving. If the staff doesn’t like their job, they should just quit and find a better one they like.

Don’t ask for a pizza. They don’t like that word here. The guy who takes the order was very grumpy. Didn’t like anyone ordering food.

Pathetic and doesn't even have sauce/dip.

There is so much great food in Singapore but the domino's here is an abomination.

Don't come to this store. The dining experience is terrible. After waiting for delivery for almost two hours, the merchant didn't deliver the food and didn't refund the ordering fee. The merchant is a fraudster.

Ordered thru grab for fast breaking. Accepts order, but won't answer phone. Took 2 hours to deliver.

I have been to Domino's for the first time in Singapore and this was one of the outlets located in Arab St (15 minutes walkable from the Little India area).
The staff seems to be new since one of them was unaware of a few products and offers though was able to manage to check with the colleagues.
Also, initially I have been asked to wait for 45 minutes but the order was ready to serve within 25 minutes.
If you're pure vegetarian then you must try Very Veggie and Rom Margherita as you will have only these 2 options. Also, you will be able to customize your pizza and ask them not to include any meat.
It's a very cozy place to sit though you would find decent space for 2 people.
I would definitely recommend this outlet to try once.

Ordered from this outlet on grab. Rang them up several times due to delay but received dishonest answers on status of delivery. Looked to cancel with them directly, but was kept on hold for more than 30mins and didn't get through. Eventually grab cancelled on my behalf.

Nice and easy fast food option. Serves halal and vegetarian options as well. Value for money

Ordered on Mother's Day. We expected there to be a longer than usual waiting time. 30 mins to 90 mins. That is understandable. But to arrive nearly 3 hours late without any kind of compensation or apology is frustrating.

Here's a suggestion. If you anticipate that can't handle the overwhelming orders especially on PH or any special occasions, LIMIT THE ORDERS FOR THE DAY so people can find alternatives instead of making them wait for 3 hours!

The delivery was super slow, it take more than 90 minutes. Call in customer service for 20 minutes, no one is pick up

Very friendly and cheerful staff. It opens till quite late which is great for late dinners. There’s great promo on the pizza. Do check it out!

I like the lady because she was patient even though I was taking a long time to choose overall 10/10?

Visited this place expecting dine in, but there was no dine in even in Phase 2 of Circuit Breaker. Had to order take away, and after the order, the staff told us to come back after 15 mins and didn't let us wait there inside. Staff isn't that friendly. Customers cannot even sit or stand and wait inside. Had to wait outside for 20 mins. Disappointing experience overall, will never vist again!

The food was good however they took my order and forgot about it having me wait for almost 1 hour hence making my food abit colder then preferable.

Two times I been here, but unfortunately none of it was pleasant experience. I'm not a complaining type, but I can't stand the night staff. Very rude and loud. I'm sorry

1) I went with my freinds. Staff's attitude was very rude. We order two pizzas with a drink, their staff keyin wrongly. When we ask for our drink thn they say tht its your mistake u never order properlyy. It was a worst experience.

Worst experience ever. Don't ever think to order from here. They are just cancelling your order or delivering order more than 1.5 hours. It is a shame.
