DOLPHIN (DELPHIN) Customer Service Center

Like many other frustrated customers, I bought Delphin machine about 8 years ago through as the sales person promised to provide me with free aircon services for 8 times. I managed to get him to clean my aircon for once only. Thereafter, he was totally uncontactable! After only used the machine for few months, the side of the suction hole got chipped off. And it was so hard to move the heavy machine around the house, due to the inflexibility of the roller design. It was also very cumbersome to change the suction head when you want to switch from vaccumming the floor to mattress! It has become white elephant in my store room and the rollers of the suction head have turned moldly. Like other customers' comment, when the Delphin staff came to so-called service your machine, it is another sales tactic to ask you to change your model. A cordless vacuum cleaner and a steam cleaner with just one quarter of the price of this bulky machine can clean my entire house with minimum effort. If you still have concern about dust mites? Just engage professionals to clean your mattress on half yearly basis and it costs you only two hundred bucks!

Happy with this product that does wonders; remove dustmites, vacuum, air purifier and even aircon cleaning. Unlike normal vacuum, the particles are collected in the water tray n not dusty. The sales person Joshua Tan (8233 9932) was not at all pushy, in fact very patient in explaining the details, and going through the demonstration. He came over in another day to show my helper how to clean the aircons.

We had been using this product for past 2 months and happy with it.

I'm very pleased to have Joshua Tan to help me cleaned 2 mattresses. Very detailed demo and patiently described to me the difference between the dust mites & normal dust in our environment.

Chris Ong came in to my house, verified himself before coming in. He did a good job in explaining the services and purchased of products. He demos well in vacuuming my bed and pillow case etc. After I questioned him more of the products, he also give further info on the differences between other vaccum products and dolphin vaccum. Also stated very clearly what this product can do such as being a humidifier within 10mins, vaccum out the dust miles from all bedsheets related products. Overall he is very good in explaining his products and also told me he has been in this line for more than 8years.

Wen Wen came to do a demo and we're very pleased with her service. She was very through in explaining the vaccum cleaner and in cleaning our mattress and aircon. We highly recommend her service!

Horrible after sales support!
Regretted buying this Delphin S1 system. After 3 years of once a month utilisation (mainly for bed) the motor started giving problems. So arranged for service support.
This is where the shit starts.
After demonstrating the issues, person straight away say due to improper use, the water went in. Oh wow, after years of using it correctly, can tell me such things when didnt even open up the vacuum to confirm. Then this would be considered out of warranty, and repair cost can be easily 500-1k. For that price i can buy a normal new vacuum cleaner. Further nego revolve around how to upgrade better vacuum version S3 or S6. Totally switch off by then hearing all these prices. Told her to leave in the end. Nothing resolved. Seems paying through the nose can resolve everything.

Wen Xin really explain on every details on the dolphin vacuum cleaner.not only that but she explains how the dirts from outside and inside of our surroundings circulate. The vacuum actually benefit our health and lifetime.
