Ms Rosita Saim help alot by helping out and explaning every single detail. Me and my mum was really please with her service.
For the centre itself, can consider having some chair as there is alot of old folks queing and waiting.
KUDOS with the ministry with this streamlining of the processes at customer services,
Placing a service lobby definitely easing the frustration of customer queuing aimlessly that of the past but having general enquiry be attended through this team of trained service lobby consultants with delight.
That makes the officer (by appointment) able to focus in helping customers at more depth.

The staff, from the ushering officer to the Certis security officer, and the two officers (main and attachment), were all very helpful, polite, and professional. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
After our appointment, we walked out of the office but realised that we had forgotten to raise one more query. We went back in, but the earlier two officers had left for lunch.
I want to extend special thanks to Ms. Mandy Lim. Despite having just returned from lunch and on her way back to her desk and still on her lunch break, she kindly took the time to assist us with our questions. Her willingness to explain and clarify our doubts is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for going above and beyond in your role. People like you make a real difference, and we are truly thankful for your assistance.
Super efficient and well laid out. Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff. You guys are doing a great job. CPF is a great organisation, very necessary.
Don't come here. You are likely to turn blue if you queue for service.
Go online or make an appointment.
You need to make online booking for an appointment before going down to visit this place. Services are efficient, and they will call your number within the allocated appointment time. All related cpf issues are answers and explain clearly.
Walk in there last month with mom n sister. The reception lady (sorry I didn’t asked for her name) is very kind to let my mom see the Malay speaking officer without booking. Served well n patiently by Ferhan. Thank you all.
Need to make appointment online to see officers. Its better this way. No more walk-ins and long queues and wait time.
Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
You can walk-in to change your Singpass
But Mondays always many people.
When walk in was told preferably make appointment as staff are very busy. I looked through main entrance, seen numerous at their own area unoccupied.
Nowadays the gov staff are really so nice and helpful. So here is no exception. Was served by Kerine and she was definitely so helpful.
Walk in at about 3pm and theres this guy standing near the main entrance that will solemnly ask you: appointment or no appointment. I paused for about 2 secs before regaining my presence thinking that I had just walked into fast food joint in the 90s, here the servers used to ask: dine in or takeaway! And frankly, if there's a fair greeting like a "good afternoon" from him would certainly make my day better. In conclusion, the design of the new space and operation is much more efficient than before since I last visited maybe 5 or 6 years ago. I remembered there used to have long queues that make people wait for hours much like the polyclinics, just to have their queries answered. Now its all done in a matter of few minutes. Well done CPF!
Service becoming worse no walk in. Last time is better.
Just bcoz covid take opportunity to do like noe
It's more an office building and took a little hunting to locate lift to go to shops on higher floor
It's a newly renovated I think. The place is quiet, clean and staff are informative and friendly. You have to make appointment before you can visit
I would like to thank the CPF Tampines staff for being so proactive and efficient in their service delivery.
It began with the Certis Officer who patiently listened to my concerns, the counter personnel, Ms. Stacey for using her discretion and for listening attentively to my issues and making the decision to look into my case immediately. I am also very appreciative and thankful to Mr. Mohd Farhan, the Supervisor for addressing my concerns and for his immediate action to remedy the situation. Ms. Winnie Goh, the Customer Executive who attended to me was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Thank you for the excellent service!
