Generous large serving of western food!

Chicken chop, not bad crispy outside and soft and juicy inside.

Fish and chips, also crispy outside but the fish inside does not have much taste. Had to put a lot of tartar sauce to make it palatable.

Overall can eat, rather good value for money inside coffeeshop setting. Friendly service despite it being near to closing time.

Standard dropped significantly. CMI.

I have been patronizing this outlet for around 6 years and always fancy their pasta selection. The uncle with the big belly that makes delicious pasta is no longer around.

Now the pasta just taste watery and bland.
They also changed their garlic bread to some subpar standard.

Price increased, standard dropped.

Ordered the ribeye steak with pasta tasted like rubber feel. Maybe stall going to close soon, chef no hearts to cook properly. Won't come again.

The lady casier wearing a hat is extremely rude to the customers. She lacks paitence and shows attitude. Witness her telling a customer off when he told her he doesn't want salad on his dish and she told him why he didnt say earlier, if the Kitchen gave him the salad, its not her problem.

It’s a stall in the coffee shop located just outside the mall.
Order at the counter and food is served in 10mins except the pizza.
For the pricing, the portion is adequate and easy on the pocket.
No complaints.

Dear diners, be aware. Ordered lunch at this outlet today and found a stand of hair in my spaghetti.

The place is a coffee shop but the main thing for me is the food, that is delicious and value for money. Recommended

Great bang for the buck for coffeshop-western standards.portions were huge and individual elements were executed properly, meats were well marinated and tender, fish wasn't thin and was fried to a crisp without being too oily.overall great value and dining experience

Ordered Carbonara n Fish & Chips at $8.50 & $9.50 nett respectively. Value for money portion and the Fish was well cooked- crispy on the outside n tender inside. Not greasy too Would have preferred the salad side to be lighter without creamy sauce. Excellent dining ambience with popular Chinese pop playing from the stall

I don't know if I'm just unlucky. Served with a rubber chicken chop. The spaghetti is nice thou. For $9.50, it's better off spending it elsewhere

Collins generally serves big portions at reasonable pice, and this outlet is no exception. Good enough for a quick meal and value for money.

This is the lamb chop i ordered 2 days ago. Almost 1/2 of the lamb is fat like this. Did not ask for change/explain because those unfriendly staff will say that was the material they received from vendor. Will share my experience here n nv visit collins again.

Ordered carbonara for takeaway. Was given a plastic rectangular box and charged 60 cents for the box- the kind that most coffeeshop stalls charge 20 or 30 cents for. Food was very average.

Very very bad experience. I ordered chicken chop and cheese fries, which is the egg mayo fries, it taste fine. But I can't finished the fries and plan to take away. I bring the fries to a old lady with Tom boy hair style and ask if I can take away. She looked and never say a single word just throw a paper bag at me, i was stunned, so this is the service? I went there yest afternoon and there is no people there only a few deliveries order, and they can't even afford to help me with a nicer take away box for CHEESE FRIES that is haven even been touched!
Trying to just fooled me away with a paper bag! And never even give me a tool for it! So I can only just grabbed that cheese fries with my own hand！！！
HELLO? IF they say a take away box need 20 cent I can even give. Not that I can't understand! But the aunty doesn't even communicate with me! How can I eat this at home! I paid for it pls!

I was ordered foodpanda and pick up, when get massage go to collect and I can't found my food, when ask the staff say that already done put outside table after that mentioned my food someone took it, I release the table was outside who ever passby also can take and go, the staff is busy and no time to take care it

Went down to order take away, but no one at the counter whereas there’s two staff, one cooking and another putting sauce in container, both saw that there are customers infront of the counter but no one came to take order for the customers and the funny thing was that both of them saw the customers but didn’t came to serve. Imagine packing the sauce was more important than serving the customers. What’s the point of operating when they ain’t busy but can’t serve customers?

这次是我第二次点的外卖，我点了你们的Combo E和之前点的Set一样, 可是这次来的和第一次的有差别，另外点Side Dishes Summer Salad打开看就那么一点点也不要紧，还有些菜坏了。套餐里的Sauce也和第一次给的Sauce不一样，第一次的Sauce有黑胡椒粒比较白的，这次来的就BBQ Sauce吧，我希望厨师们可以统一一下你们的酱料所配的肉，肉也烤得干去了，总体来说第一次的很好吃我才会再点过，这次是失望了，我不懂你们的厨师是太忙还是随便出货就算了
