11The queue are often long and hard to find the bookings you wanted whether in Alexandra or Boon Lay centres. I think they are NOT managing this well.and definitely have more room for improvement. Not good to have regular customers like us waiting because we couldn't get the convenient date and time for our KIA servicing. Like for myself, this is already the 4 plus years coming to their authorised service centre for our regular mileage servicing. So it makes me think if I needed to go somewhere else to have my car servicing done after the 5th years.
Am a Sorento owner and car is within warranty. Over the past 2months, I have made several appointments to flag out a distinct noise (like some parts being loosen/ fell out of place) that has been heard all the time during driving from the driver side which is also heard by the people sitting in the car, to the kia service team (which we went for test drive together, and they too acknowledged that the noise is heard and present) and each time leaving the car in the service centre for 1 to 2days for them to rectify the problem as requested. However the car was still given back to me each time, informing me that the noise is fixed, only to turn out that it is not resolved, which is rather disappointing, frustrating and distressing not just for me, but also for the family.
As driving the car was supposed to be relaxing and calm, this distinct noise become a constant reminder of it being present and simply takes away the peace and joy of driving the car. While the customer service team is polite which i appreciates, but the root of the problem remains, which i now questioned the quality of the car, and also how much effort is actually being put into resolving it. And now I am unsure if I shld just resign to my fate and accept to live with this issue or continue to bring back to the Alexandra service centre.
Good courteous service. The advisors inform re possible services but do not upsell. Martin Loo and Hansani attended to me. Appreciated their kind consideration and guidance.
C&C provides a fantastic service for my car. Top notch service especially from coordinators like Martin and Harsani. Will recommend to look for them
The team from this centre always serves me well. Helped a lot and ensure my vehicle is returned to me in the best condition. Free complimentary wash after every servicing but now no more complimentary bottled water or free gift in the car. Not complaining but it was a nice personal touch for customers.
Friendly guards and staff. The service desk staff are also attentive - taking the initiative to help customers when they appear clueless.
My service advisor was fairly easy going and had a keen eye - spotting a supposed ding in my door that I couldn't see, even when up close and running my finger over it. I still think there isn't anything there, but I suppose he wants to protect the company.
Do keep a lookout when your service advisor says they'll do tyre rotation, add engine additive, aircon hygiene maintenance, and add wiper fluid/shampoo. Those were phrased to me in a manner that sounded mandatory/complementary, but are actually not part of any servicing package and cost extra.
They also do not have the tools to handle spline drive lugs, if your wheels are using those. You either provide them with the "adaptor" or rotate your tyres elsewhere.
Prompt and efficient service.
Tip: Look for Harsani. He provides courteous, professional and efficient customer service. No wonder he wins awards. Keep up the good work.
C&C sets really high standard. This is my 2nd Kia.
The entire journey from buying the car, to collecting the car, to servicing the car which include the online booking, the arrival, meeting the guards, the service advisor, the workshop manager, etc is such a delightful and wonderful experience.
I didn't get the same level of service previously when I was driving 4 other brands of cars.
Have been getting their services for almost 10yrs since bought a 3yr old Kia from dealer. Great service experience from all the staff. Having a dedicated service agent, mine was Mr Harsani, to assist helps as they would know your preferences.
Friendly staff but frankly service is not great. Have left stuff in the car twice now. Little things like forgetting to put cover back on battery but it does cause me to wonder about the quality of service when these things happen.
