20I took the car back on Friday, and when I came back, I found that the engine light was on. The car was not broken, and there was no accident, but it took more than 4,000 maintenance. I don’t know what I did. The car was returned, but the engine light was still on. Dare to drive out!? Ask them to check again, and it will be half a month later, the service of Mercedes-Benz is too chilling!
Been servicing here for past 3 years, generally when nothing goes wrong it’s pretty good.maintenance service timely and no hard selling. Had some hiccups purchasing an additional diamond care package as they utilise the package on a last in first out basis, although it was eventually fixed, it caused quite a bit of confusion and at my end having to call in and passing of phones/numbers
Would like to commend Service Advisor Mr Lew Guan Horng for being helpful, polite and professional in carrying out his duties.
The place is convenient and the ambient was good. Car was cleaned after services and in good hands

Dropped off my car for simple serving at 9am, was told it should be ready before lunch. Went back at 12pm, car still at the same place not been worked on at all.
C&C. 1st class repair servicing n regular maintainance n not necessarily expensive, my car only maintainance by C&C. I m a very satisfied customer Mr C. K. Lee n Mr C. H. Cheah of SVS department are taking care of my car, today, i m a traveller in Malaysia n into Thailand roads - travelling sometimes up to more than 170kmph.i wont tell u 200kmph bcos u wont belief, i hv been driving almost everyday for more than 40yrs.i hv stop going fast, Covid19 is a blessing, i m still stuck here in SG.i always told them, my tyres n brakes, they are both Malaysian - they are very reliable n honest. C&C.its the management. 1st class.
Service my Citroen Berlingo every 2.5 month. Van no longer cover by warranty, but still went back C&C because of their great service.
For my last 2 service i found black oil stain on the door, front fender. I actually don't really mind, as it could be wiped off but the last service took 3 days. The oil stain on the front fender already got stuck there. I hope the service staff there treat vans equally as cars.
Service my car here every 6 months on service centre level 2 and the staff have never failed to impress me with their good service. Recently, I hit my car against a wall when reversing. Called C&C service centre at Ubi level 3 to help me do repairs with my leftover credit. Many compliments for the person who attended me, Mr Ler who promptly responded to my enquiries and patiently attended to my requests. After I left my car for repair works, I forgot that i had left some heavy, valuable items in my car. Mr Ler took the liberty to carry and store it in a locker for safekeeping. He was also very thorough with checking my car and helped to polish some minor scratches. Updates of my car condition were given in a timely manner. Overall positive experience and reasonable quotation. Would recommend to others.
Usual lackadaisical uninterested scammy attitude from the service advisors. Nothing new. Just waiting to finish the servicing package and not have to deal with these unprofessional @rsewipes again.
They recommend extras that are not necessary. E.g. Engine flushing which will do more harm than good. They also adjusted my side mirrors, which a good workshop shouldn't do
Only saving grace for me was the direct bus service to Pasir Ris (bus 58) and another to east coast area (bus 137). But the side access door into the KIA Service Centre, which is near to the bus stop and Jalan Eunos main road, is now closed permanently, I presume it's due to COVID measures. Hence now need to walk a longer route which is skirting around the building to enter from the same access used by drivers.
Even though during this period, there should have distancing. However, it is not necessary to remove tables for customers. I wonder did they remove the tables for the higher end servicing?
They should still continue to provide tables for customers to stay there amd wait and do their work. Instead of just chairs.

Well kept but the ambience isn't comparable to main branch Leng Kee Road. Not very accessible from MRT when collecting the car.
Bought a package, only get to use 2 time and got forfeited with the balance 2 time. Ask them to show me the receipt to proof that it’s expired, all they say it’s recorded in their system and the are unable to print it to out.
I think the Service Dept, some of the guys are helpful. People like Mr Patrick Chan and Mr Michael Low help me when I was having problem with my SDCard. He retrieve the pictures for me to see when I told him that my card was corrupted. Not to forget also a Mr Ler who also assist in retrieving the pictures in the card. I am a lady with little knowlege of computer. Their help are really and greatly appreciated. Thumbs up to you guys.
The reported issue with the 3 month old car is finally rectified at C & C service centre Eunos after several visits at another branch where the team could not rectify it at all.
