6Called them from overseas for a part and gave my chassis number, told them that it will not match in their system and that the model is same in my country, but still not helpful at all. Told them to check in their system, but still not interested.
Still waiting for a reply to my email requesting my grab transport costs be covered when I brought my car back to have the airbag replaced due to a manufacturing fault. Why am I incurring a cost when you sold be a faulty car which needed a fault repair?
Had my car serviced. All ok except that I found 2 different red car plates in my front passenger seat upon my return to pick up my car. Office was closed so left them on a table outside. Made a police report a week later as there was no action from C&C.
Free shuttle bus sent you out to Eunos MRT (Every 30min), but no shuttle bus sent you from Eunos MRT to here.
Drive up to level 2 for their counter service for Kia. Good and polite service
I applied for an Express 60 minutes servicing and requested for tire rotation (10k). I was not told by the sales rep that my Express servicing will be defaulted if tire rotations were performed. I was only informed of this after sitting around for more than 90 minutes and inquiring about it.
Has it crossed your customer service minds that people request for express because they are rushing for time?
