Bukit Merah View Kway Chap reviews
30Bukit Merah View Kwap Chap is a old time player in the West zone, used to taste very light but I guess they adjusted their recipe over time. Probably 2nd or 3rd generation operating the stalls. Generally 10 to 15 minutes waiting time. Recommend to order a set meal and add on extra ingredients that you personally like. Their stalls have certain exotic spare parts that some stalls don't serve like pig heart and pig tongue.
Alots of pig organ choice compare to common kway Chap stall.

This kway chap stall is providing a very bad service. Refused to sell another bowl of plain kway chap if serving is for one person. Sarcastically, the helper asked many questions to embarrass me why i needed another bowl. Why put in the sign board one bowl 50 cent and refused to sell? Proud hawker.
Love the kway chap here. Cleaned very well, no funny smell. Texture, color and taste just right.
Hmm. I didn't find it especially delicious, it felt a bit better than what you'd find in a food court but it's not the kind of taste I was looking for.
Slightly healthier option I guess? It wasn't too salty and kueh was decent too. Expect to pay around $5!
Taste good and very good portion even with $3. Rare to see this kind prices for the portion given these days!
Saw this stall after searching for my lunch. The name & the braised on the pots attracted my attention. Ordered 大肠大肠头. They do not served latter. Added heart, braised belly & dry toufu. While the lay is serving the Kway, it was too small portion. I have asked for additional small bowl. The Kway is good. The soup is well flavoured. The intestines a bit let down as it has a bit of smell. The heart and the rest are well braised. $9.50 for the serving is definitely way above average.
Another great kway chap place. Packed takeaway. Opened up after an hr or so, still taste as good. The kway gravy is not as salty as many other places. But flavorful. Innards are nicely cleaned.
Queue are expected here at all time, try to avoid peak hours, and it may not be everyone favourite, cause it colour is very light, and a little pricey if you opt for extra.
Taste can never be the same as compared to the founder of the stall. The couple has reopen their stall with their son at Kang Ching Road (346A) coffeeshop. Eat and compare the difference.
I ordered the mix intestines platter for $12, to my disappointment the portion is quite miserable. I would think 友记kway chap is more reasonable and more value for money.
The original seller shifted to 346A Kang Ching Road. Still prefer the one stall at Kang Ching Road
One of the best kway chap I've ate. The flavour isn't too strong. No duck, purely pork based. Large intestine does not have foul smell and very well braised.
Down side is the queue.
Long queue, taste not so authentic, price on the high side, but ppl still many queue due to not many such in Jurong west area, found a better one at TMJ - 346A
The ex boss already shifted to blk 346a kang Ching road. Coffeeshop. That one is 6 stars.now 496 run by his brother. Taste different
I've always liked this place because they have 小肠 instead of 粉肠 (the cleaned out small intestine instead of the having the powdery stuff left inside). I'm sure it's a lot more work for them.
The noodle broth is clean tasting, not overwhelmed with shallot oil.
Hello all,
we are having a newly open stall in taman Jurong, 346A Kang Ching Road, just below a multi-storey carpark.
The stall in 496 is still around.find us at both stalls! Thank you for the support
Love this kway chap here, you can customise according to what meat parts you want, eg pig’s heart, tongue or different intestines. Well cooked and delicious!
This kway chap is good compared to the other Huat Kee Kway Chap in Yishun. The braised pig offal, tau pok, pork belly, egg etc were deliciously succulent. The broth and the smooth flat rice noodle were so mouthwatering with their natural sweetness and incredibly tasty. The chilli sauce was very powerful as well! Shiok!
Have been eating from this stall for 30 years. Followed them from Redhill to Clementi to Jurong East to Jurong West.
