Even though its my first time visiting and I was just looking for wipers, the team assisted me with great advice and enthusiasm.
How they approach you from the start of the shop till you leave is tip top.
Will definitely return

Friendly and helpful staff, they even suggest to try out the sun shade before purchase just to make sure we got the right size and fit.

Feedback on Car Servicing Experience at AutoBac Ubi

Dear AutoBac Ubi Team,

This is my first time doing servicing with you and let me share my experience.

Firstly, I want to commend your seamless and fast registration process. It was efficient and made it easy to book an appointment. My scheduled appointment time was at 11: 00 am. Unfortunately, I arrived at 11: 10 am due to unavoidable delays. To my disappointment, when I arrived, there were no available mechanics to attend to my car, and all the car pits were occupied. This was concerning, especially given that I had booked an 11: 00 am slot and was already late for the appointment.

After a 30-minute wait, a mechanic finally took my car in for servicing. However, the process seemed to drag on, as the mechanic appeared to take his time during the 33-point checks. I believe that these checks could have been performed more efficiently, reducing the overall waiting time.

What added to my frustration was the fact that the mechanic drained the engine oil before informing me that the oil filter was out of stock. This left me with no choice but to wait, which was highly inconvenient.

During the inspection, the mechanic informed me that I needed to change my rear absorbers because my tires' treads had become uneven. Strangely, there was no indication of fluid leaking from the absorbers. However, when I mentioned that I had recently rotated the tires from front to back, the mechanic retracted his diagnosis.

Further, when I asked for an update on the delivery status of the oil filter, Vijay attended to me. Regrettably, his response was quite rude. He told me off, saying that since I agreed to wait, it meant I had to wait. I attempted to explain my predicament, emphasizing that the engine oil had already been drained, and only then was the out-of-stock issue communicated to me by the mechanic Uma. This left me with no choice but to wait, and I was merely seeking clarification. Vijay's response was less than satisfactory.

This experience was frustrating and not in line with the level of service I expected from a reputable company like AutoBac.

I hope my feedback will help you improve your services and prevent such inconveniences for future customers. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a more efficient and customer-oriented experience in the future.

I went to Autobacs Ubi to get replacement windscreen wipers. I would like to commend Paul for his great service.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Staff personally went out of his way and took initiative to help replace certain stuff on my car. Will definitely come again for sure.

Have a good range of automotive upgrading and maintenance gadgets, Also has a maintenance workshop.

All you need is here. You could get it cheaper outside elsewhere.but for the convenience and ease of finding things. Worth the difference I guess

Avoid this place at all cost, suppose to guide / advice customer on the issue but end up push the blame to customer and said you agree to it, went down quite a few time to resolve the issue and received different responses, keep twisting the words

Changed tyres there and had a great experience! Price was heavily discounted and staff was friendly as well! Had a free car wash as well but car wash could be more thorough (no complains as mine was free) Life time free tyre patch and nitrogen top up as well along with my tyres!

Went there to buy wiper for my son's car. Excellent service cos the staff help us to fix the wiper.

I call in UBI Store to check the availbility of Velcro type polishing pad, Rim Cleaner, Ceramic Wax and was being served by Khairul. He's most helpful, gives me product recommendation and update me on the stock available. This is what is meant by Service Excellence.

BTW, Autobacs should improve it's website or ecommerce store. Many brands and products which you have is not listed on the webstore,

All is easy n not confusing. Staffs are helpful. Just that pricing can lower a little and bring in more brands n accessories. Tyre can have more range n sizes

One stop for car care, car maintenance and car repair center. Purchased 4x tyres in May, one tyre was damaged beyond repair 4 months later. Car was towed to Autobac without charge and one tyre replaced. Excellent service.

A 2 storey warehouse building by itself. Has all kinds of accessories and car care products to choose from that sometimes you end up dont know what to buy. Installation by them can be done for a fee.

Hi Simon & Andy:
I must commend you guys for the professionalism shown to me of yesterday, 21st April 20022 with regard to my Mazda 6 air condition weak blower. As confirmed by Andy & Simon, there was no faults except the system was in a wrong position (air circulation in a wrong position). They goes the extra mile to check my AC filter without hesitation to show me that my car air condition is functioning normal.
I am appreciative to your guys at Autobacs at Ubi and will certainly return to replace my car tyre real soon. Your guys at the tyre shop are also very polite and courteous toward me explaining the benefits of Good Year tyre currently on promotion.

I would like to thank Mr Tan (yesterday on duty 7pm) who is so kind and helpful to me and my young daughter. He is patient and explain the products and even help us to get the sunshade size.

Mr Tan is a wonderful staff!

Was at Autobacs for the first time in my life shopping for car wipers. Alex approached us with a smile and asked if we needed help. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as well, even going the extra mile to go downstairs to the car to see if the newly bought wiper was a good fit when we said we wanted a shorter wiper than the one we had.
