Amore Fitness & Define

For half a year, I had written several feedback to the Customer Service on the poor ventilation at the (open concept) gym. This has resulted to the gym users smelling food whenever the spa staff have their meals in their rest area.

I acknowledge that there had been several attempts such as putting an air purifier but unfortunately, situation has hardly improved. There was once a staff had reheated a meal with seafood and the smell permeated the entire gym. As I’m writing this review while working out, I’m smelling nasi lemak?

I’m definitely not faulting the staff. They should be able to rest and eat whatever they want comfortably during their break times. However, the lack of ability / action of perhaps Amore or Capitaland seemed to have inconvenienced their members who want a conducive environment to work out in.

If you are a potential customer who frequently uses the gym, you may want to take note of this issue at Plaza Singapura outlet. This doesn’t affect classes as they have a glass door.

Other that these, I would think it’s an all right gym membership. Staff are friendly and easygoing. I’m currently also using Anytime fitness - and yes, I don’t have such an issue about ventilation

The ambience at Plaza Sing outlet is fantastic. The services provided by their staff are superb good.

Really love coming to Amore fitness at Plaza Singapura. Got the PT package with Nani, who is amazing at motivating me and helping me achieve my fitness goals. Always feel so welcomed by the counter staff (special shout out to Humairah and Elle ️).

I also like how the facilities are clean and well maintained; with amenities such as hair dryers provided as well. ️ One of my favourite gyms ️

The ambience is very comfortable and cosy. Sammi's service is excellent and i feel relaxed everytime when i go for facial.

Always pleasant to visit the spa for facial and massage, the therapist Choco is detailed and friendly. Facial is tailored to indiv face condition. Ambience is great too.

Facial therapist Sammi is always very considerate with our skin conditions.
Body therapist Ivy always does a great job on me.

Been with Amore for years and stayed on because the staff (especially front counter Veronica and therapist Choco) are really friendly, warm and deliver good service. Always feel welcomed coming here and relaxed by the end of the treatment session. Rooms are always clean and pleasant too!

Never fail to have a relaxing experience with Amore define. Highly recommend Connie for facial and Julietta for massage. Front desk ladies are always polite and never fail to make their customer at home.

The spa facial & massage therapists, Connie & Julieta are aware of my needs and cater the treatments accordingly. Every session is extremely rejuvenating. Also, the ambience of this spa is relaxing and the reception staff are very friendly, caring and helpful.
