First time at 1 Car Service Workshop they really investigated servicing my car, advised me on what needed to be done, and also provided the reasons for the optional service, which was helpful for me to make quick decisions.

The mechanics staff are good
However the cashier lady is unfriendly and always served with a long face.

Below was a year ago: Mr Ryan helped us to identify the leakage of my hubby’s car air con on the spot and the team fix it for us and happy with their service. Thumb up!

Sent car for servicing here. Meticulous check which includes undercarriage as well. Even engine area was cleant thoroughly.

Very bad experience. Booked for servicing. After a quick inspection, said that the car was in good condition and did a quick oil change with a fee of $128. Took 30 mins. The very next day, in the middle of the expressway, car cannot start. Have to pay another $250 for emergency battery change. Extremely disappointing. Engage at your own risk.

Dao Xiong, contacted me almost immediately to understand the situation. He was emphatic to the situation and offered compensation and an opportunity to review the servicing. I think that is a good gesture and excellent customer service. Thank you for the efforts.

My car aircon was blowing hot air and I was struck at petrol station where they quoted me a heavenly figure to change my cooling coil, worst still gonna wait for a week.

Went to Google search and called 4 workshops, 2 of them didn't pick up and 1 said they can only get back to me later with price.

1 car was the last before I gave up. I was glad I called. They were fast in responding, the quotation and update. (All within mins) Thank you Moses and Yang for the impeccable service and work. I couldn't have my car back in 1 day if they didn't work OT for it. They even did a check and found my reverse light not working
and had it changed. Really appreciate it.

Brake pads due to change and agent said need 3 days! Decided to contact this workshop based on the good reviews. Not a single disappointment, boss was very fast in responding to my WhatsApp query and quote. Brake pads price is a little high but labor cost is very reasonable (vice versus for other workshop who charge low on brake pads but high on labor). The staff (supervisor I think) was super friendly and also doing their best to complete the job so in time for me to pick up my kids from school. Lounge is cosy for me to work while waiting for the repair. Though they need to replace the damaged charging cable.
Highly recommend this workshop. Will be back for servicing once my agent warranty is over.
P.s. Boss of 1 Car Service, got to give your staff a raise or bonus for working so hard!

After i came here the first time for car servicing, the service was ok and i made an appointment for servicing again. I arrived during my 2nd servicing at my appointed time but after an hour of waiting, i saw that my car was untouched. I asked the staff and they told me they would get to it. But another hour later, my car was still untouched and i spoke to the staff again. This time they told me they would start on my car and they did. Seeing as they were really busy, i decided to watch and ensure that my servicing was done properly. As expected, the job completed in 25 mins as they only replaced the engine oil and rotated my tyres as i requested. In a car servicing, general checks (brakes, battery, etc) are supposed to happen and they did not do it. I questioned them and they told me they were really busy and gave me $20.00 off. If my car broke down or because my brakes did not work while i was driving, that $20.00 is not going to cover the damage or my life. Also, just an oil change and tyre rotation do not account to be charged as servicing. Plus, if you were really busy, you shouldn't have accepted my appointment. That said, i will not visit this workshop again.

Had a good first hand experience at 1 car service workshop. Mr Dao Xiong was prompt in answering my queries regarding my car’s coolant leaking problem. Did a good job in resolving it. Derek was friendly and knowledgeable. Had a fun time talking to him.

Went to check on my car engine sound. The staffs are very friendly and help to check on my car and explain throughly what is needed. Merc c180

My honda civic has a loose front bumper just a day before cny eve and this was one of the workshops to be opened, ensuring a quick recovery!

Derek the service advisor provides tiptop services and will constantly update the progress and status of your vehicle. He is also helpful and will help you with minor issues that will be fixed without you asking.
